According to the ruling of the Bucharest Law Court regarding file No. 719/2002 imposing commencement of the insolvency proceedings on Banca Turco-Română pursuant to Art. 19 of Law No. 83/1998, as amended, we hereby notify on the following:
1. Payment of compensations for guaranteed deposits held by natural persons with Banca Turco-Română will be effected during 28 October - 11 December 2002 through the territorial outlets of Banc Post in the following towns: Bucharest, Arad, Bacău, Braşov, Cluj-Napoca, Constanţa, Galaţi, Iaşi, Piteşti, Ploieşti, Timişoara and Târgu-Mureş.
2. Depositors, natural persons, entitled to receive compensation payments for the guaranteed nominative deposits held with Banca Turco-Română, are requested to ask for information about the payment conditions at the Banc Post outlets.
