SDDS Plus is an enhanced version of the Statistical Data Dissemination Standard (SDDS) to which Romania adhered as early as May 2005. The IMF-launched initiative was aimed at fostering transparency in the dissemination of economic and financial statistics and at providing easier access of member countries to international capital markets by supplying uniform and high-quality official statistics.
Full details on the SDDS Plus standard, as well as links to the national pages of all member countries, are published on the Dissemination Standards Bulletin Board (DSBB) page.
